Beautiful Casper was surrendered to us at HUHA (with his brother and sisters) by their owner.
Casper was surrendered as a wee baby and he definitely is the baby of the litter. He has been in foster care with cats, other dogs and farm animals and this little boy was a sweetheart and very well behaved. Casper is a gentle cruisy boy with a heart of gold and a ploddy, sleepy personality. He is an absolute baby and his sweetness radiates from him, endearing him to everyone he meets. He is also lovely with visiting children.
Casper is completely DEAF. He will need an experienced, large dog owner who is prepared to continue his training with sign language and introduce him to his new world with patience, knowledge and kindness. Casper is a Dogo Argentino and they are classified as a menacing breed in New Zealand, which means that he will need to be muzzled in public.
Casper and his siblings will come with correct paperwork and your local council will be notified of their placement in your community. We will discuss the full classification information with you so you will be well informed of all requirements.
Everything about Casper is soft and squishy and he is just a joy to spend time with. Casper is 17 months old.
Please phone (04) 392-3232 to find out more about Casper.
