HUHA’s wee Sammi is one of the breeding girls from HUHA’s recent trip/rescue to a puppy mill in the deep south. Used as a “breeding bitch” all of her life, Sammi came to us in a dirty mangled state, badly in need of a dental and with no life skills.
She soon learned to play and cuddle and experienced the joy of a fluffy warm duvet, warm baths, kisses, toys and other joyful dogs to play with. Sammi has blossomed into a sweet, gentle playful super happy girl and it has been a wonderful time for us watching her grow in confidence. She has spent time in foster care, learning the ropes and loves to play with her family of fellow dogs. She LOVES the beach and it is so gorgeous to watch the zoomies and fun she has.
Sammi has learned that the big wide world is not so scary but she will need a laid back confident playful dog in her home to play with, learn from and snuggle with. It’s early days for her, so a quiet home is a must. No children please as the noise will be scary.
Sammi is beautiful inside and out and is deserving of that wonderful forever home where she can be cherished and loved. Good fencing is a must. An experienced calm home is also a must. Please contact us on (04) 392-3232 for more information and to arrange a time to meet her. She is currently in foster care on the Kapiti Coast. Sammi is a 9 yr old Maltese X.Please help us to help more dogs like little Sammi. You can donate $3 by texting “HUHA” to 4463
Thank you also to Jo Moore Photographer for the stunning photo of Sammi.
